Location was excellent! That was the best part for what we needed! Hotel just run down and needs basic improvements. For instance, the ceiling tiles that are cracked and falling or even the garbage left by guests in the hallway stayed there for two days. Took awhile to check in as the attendant on duty was not behind the desk.

Staff was great and the stay overall was nice. Only complaint is our door wouldn’t open, and our hand soap was empty. Not a big deal. Would def. stay again

The WIFI was a joke, it wouldn't connect half the time and when it did the signal was very weak. One of the blankets has a food stain on it as well.

Reasonably priced, great downtown location, clean room, and friendly staff. Safe place to stay in the heart of downtown La Crosse. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that it’s a little dated. I would stay again!
