The Space:

Mornings here belong to coffee and calm - palm trees catching the light, the sea close enough to hear. By evening, the warm Pacific air keeps you outdoors long after the sun has gone down, and the pace of Cruz de Huanacaxtle makes it easy to stay that way.

 

The space

This entire condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a bunk bed that offers two sleeping spaces, bringing the total to 4 beds throughout the home. Inside, the atmosphere is easy and unhurried - air conditioning keeps things comfortable no matter the time of day, and thoughtful touches like room-darkening shades, bed linens, clothing storage, and hangers make settling in effortless. A TV invites relaxed evenings in, while window guards, a smoke alarm, and a carbon monoxide alarm provide quiet reassurance throughout your stay.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking - whether that means blending fresh tropical fruit in the morning or gathering around the dining table for a meal at home. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware ready to use.

 

Outdoor living

Step out onto the private balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture and a dedicated outdoor dining area - a natural spot for slow mornings and easy evenings. Guests have access to a nearby beach, along with the building's shared pool, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after time by the water.

 

Work & connectivity

Wifi is available throughout the condo, and a dedicated workspace means you can stay connected when needed. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, making this a practical base for extended time along the coast.

 

Parking & access

A free parking garage on premises and free street parking make arrivals and daily outings straightforward. The building's elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - ensures easy access for all guests. A private entrance and host greeting round out a seamless arrival experience. A paid crib is available for those traveling with little ones.

 

The neighborhood

Cruz de Huanacaxtle sits along the Mexican Pacific within the greater Banderas Bay area, known for its 305 kilometers of shoreline and warm climate with average temperatures around 28°C year-round. The surrounding area offers beaches well-suited to swimming and relaxing, alongside local restaurants, markets, and the easygoing character of nearby seaside towns.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.





-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.

-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites. We recommend you to use repellent to avoid any discomfort, their bites are harmless but can cause itching.



-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.

-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
