Located on Boulevard du Lay, 600 meters from the beach and 500 meters from shops, ideal for those who want to stay car-free during their holidays. The villa includes: a living/dining room with television and Wi-Fi access; a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher; two bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, and one bedroom with two 80cm beds; a bathroom with shower cubicle and double vanity; a separate WC; a garage with a washing machine; and a lovely enclosed garden with garden furniture. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us for details. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. (Pets allowed only on request with an additional charge)
