Located in La Faute-sur-Mer, in a peaceful setting near the beaches and ocean, this tastefully furnished property welcomes up to 8 guests, or 10 with a sofa bed.



From the moment you arrive, you’ll enjoy bright, spacious living areas: a large, inviting lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful veranda open to the outdoors, and a second TV lounge perfect for children or relaxing moments.



The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms, offering optimal comfort for families or groups of friends.



Outside, everything is set up for you to make the most of your stay: a large furnished terrace, outdoor kitchen, bar area, barbecue, plancha, 6-person jacuzzi, and a small ornamental pool.
