Located on Boulevard du Lay, 600 meters from the beach and 500 meters from shops, ideal for those who prefer not to use a car during their holidays - Comprising: A veranda, living room with TV and WIFI, a kitchen equipped with two induction hobs and two gas hobs, an oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, MICROWAVE and DISHWASHER. Two toilets. One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) + 2 single bunk beds (90 cm) – A shower room with shower and sink, and another bathroom with a small bathtub, sink and WASHING MACHINE. A second bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed - Garden with a 40m² wooden terrace, garden furniture, hammock, and barbecue - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings.
