Family Retreat with Private Pool and River Views near Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage (open since 2021) is private (guests have the entire cottage to themselves).

The swimming pool and telescopic cover were installed in 2022.
It is heated to 29°C and measures 7.50m x 4m.

For 2026: Heated pool from Friday, March 20th to Sunday, November 1st inclusive.

For 2027: Heated pool from Friday, March 26th to Monday, November 1st inclusive.

The telescopic cover measures 10.40m x 6.20m at its widest point and 1.80m at its highest.
The advantage of the cover is that it allows you to stay warm inside in case of inclement weather; it can be opened fully or partially. This is essential for enjoying the pool for a large part of the year.

The shelter is larger than the pool, allowing some to relax on a sun lounger or chairs inside while others enjoy the water.

For an ideal stay with family or friends, the 115m² cottage with its magnificent 24m² terrace overlooking the Loir River is located 2km from the Zoo.

The cottage sleeps 10 in the 4 bedrooms and 12 with the sofa bed in the living room.

This place is perfect for a fun-filled get-together, but not for birthday parties or other gatherings that would disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbors. We are not in an isolated location.

Located near La Flèche Zoo, we are also close to Lake Monnerie, a 10-minute walk via the footbridge at Moulin de la Bruère. There you can rent canoes and bicycles, go fishing, or relax on the beautiful beach, which is supervised in July and August. The cottage is located upstairs (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) and offers, in addition to the accommodation, a large terrace (24 m²) overlooking the Loir River.

At your disposal is a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area with a flat-screen TV, internet access, and two sofas.

1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Separate toilet. Two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm) on a mezzanine. A large shared dressing room for all four bedrooms (board games available). On the ground floor, a shower room with toilet. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and games on site (badminton net and racket, Molkky, pétanque set for adults and children, shuffleboard, beach paddle).

Optional cleaning fee: €70 (Cleaning the gas barbecue, washing dishes, and sorting waste in the bins must be done even if you choose the cleaning fee).

MANDATORY linen kit: €50 (sheets, duvet and duvet cover, towels). Beds will be made upon your arrival. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Everything will be explained to you one week before your arrival; you will find it easily.
