A peaceful haven located in La Flotte en Ré, close to the sea and shops, the VILLA Chamade is a typical, luminous and comfortable house of the Ile de Ré. You will appreciate its facilities and quality decoration. Just a stone's throw from the heart of La Flotte en Ré, this house is ideally situated.



Fully equipped, this 140m² house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people (maximum 6 adults). You will be charmed by its large terrace (perfectly enclosed) which is friendly and without overlooking neighbours, with a heated swimming pool (equipped with a safety cover). You will have a plancha, sun loungers and garden furniture at your disposal. You can park your vehicle in a private car park and your bicycles in an outdoor courtyard. This house offers beautiful amenities, for example you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a hairdryer... As for the independent kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine... Had to pay EXTRA for sheets and towels which was NOT mentioned. Paid and extra 100 Euros. Swimming pool was NOT heated due to a technical issue. Wifi WAS NOT available to the Main area of the house, hence NO TV. Otherwise the property was as described.

Très belle maison, idéale pour séjour en famille. Capacités de couchage adaptée aux enfants avec le dortoir et aux parents avec 3 belles chambres. Cuisine équipée mais propreté moyenne (vaisselle et électroménager). Belle terrasse.
