Located in the heart of a private residence with heated swimming pool, quiet without noise, it is ideal for family or 2 couples.
With its large 60m² shaded private garden and SOUTH facing terrace, renovated and fully equipped, and with a surface area of 45m², the spaces have been designed and optimized for greater comfort.
Free outdoor parking.
Garden accessible by a gate: possibility to park bikes.
Bicycle path bordering the residence (is on your doorstep)
On the ground floor you will find:
* 1 living room with fitted and fully equipped kitchen
* 1 sofa
* 1 separate toilet
* Entrance with large closet
* Pleasant functional fireplace in low season
Upstairs :
* 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and storage
* 1 bedroom with 3 single 90 bunk beds + possibility of double bed (no sofa bed) + large closet
