Are you looking for calm in a large comfortable house, close to the beach, shops and the port?
To share with family or friends?
Then this exceptional house is made for you, to the delight of young and old.

Outside, you will appreciate the tranquility of a large 750m2 plot, enclosed by walls and not overlooked.
You will take pleasure in the immense swimming pool of 12mx5m secure and heated (from May to September).
You will bask in the garden or on the exotic wooden terrace.
At the front, in its closed courtyard, you can park your car, and in the garage the bikes. You can also park other cars nearby.

The house is on one level and built in a U around the pool to take full advantage of the view to the swimming pool and garden.

- The main part includes a large living room of 70m2 with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there an entrance hall and a WC.

- In the right wing of the house you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 with a double bed 160 and 1 with two single beds), a large bathroom with double sink, bath and shower, separate toilet, patio.

- In the left wing, you will appreciate the large parental suite of 40m2 oriented towards the swimming pool.
It is composed of a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room, and an independent WC. A laundry room completes the picture.

Equipment :
In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils, fan oven, microwave, American fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster (...).

For babies a high chair and a cot are available.
Washing and drying machines.
A Weber BBQ plancha / gas grill to prepare grills.
Possible rental of household linen via our service provider.

Situation:
Located in a quiet area of the village of La Flotte,
10 minutes walk from the beach, the marina, restaurants, downtown shops and ... the best ice cream parlour on the island.
Everything is done on foot or by bike through the flowery alleys.

Many activities nearby: sailing school, tennis, horse riding, kate surfing, diving, thalassotherapy, aquatic center with a wellness area: sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, 110km of cycle paths(...)

Fabulous house, great location, the best pool!

Thank you for an amazing week. This house is truly stunning. It has a fantastic layout with large family kitchen room and bedrooms around the pool. Fully equipped kitchen and great living space, fun table football, good space for a mini disco!!The pool is fabulous - clean, warm, large with ample beds and space outside, including an outdoor kitchen. Location is perfect - 10 min walk (or 2 min cycle) to La Flotte with loads of restaurants and amazing markets. Beach very close and good - better for swimming at high tide as low goes very far out. Don’t hesitate to book if you can. Also comms with owner were great - really helpful with advice for booking taxi, bikes and restaurants. And the local check-in/maid service was easy.

Fantastic vacation

Île de Ré What a lovely island, the villa was amazing, everything you need within. Plenty of space for the whole family. Pool was a great addition as we spent plenty of time in the pool. The out door covered area was a great addition as we had food cooked off the bbq and there was plenty of seating for us all. Yes there is a bedroom that you have to walk through to get to another but is was not a problem for us, especially as parents we were in the west wing as we called it lol.The villa is situated in a great location, with a short walk to the harbour where you will find shops, restaurants and bars, it was lovely sat people watching around the harbour. We took our own bikes with us which you can keep in the garage, and it has to be one of the safest places we have ever cycled as a family. There are cycle paths everywhere. We came across a great little cafe called Vintage Coffee which is by the inter marche maybe a 15 minute walk, great burgers and beer. The only suggestion we can give the owner is that all the pool furniture (loungers) need replacing as they worn out and have had repairs done to them. Other than that we would definitely return and recommend the villa to friends.

Great stay in La Flotte

Lovely villa in La Flotte. Like some of the reviews have said property is larger than the photos make out. Lovely heated pool and very cool outside area. Four bedrooms, one to note is that the one bedroom you have to walk through to get to the bedroom but not really an issue of kids staying in them. Hosts responded quickly to questions and the island and town are amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying in this villa to friends and family.

Magnifique maison à la Flotte en Ré

Situation idéale dans un quartier calme de la Flotte à 3 mn en vélo du port où se trouvent tous les commerces, restaurants et un marché quotidien très sympathique. La maison est très belle, fonctionnelle, meublée avec goût et possède tout ce dont on a besoin, notamment dans la cuisine où il y a beaucoup de matériel, ce qui est très appréciable. La piscine est très grande et le coin barbecue abrité très agréable. Cette semaine a l’île de Ré fut donc une parenthèse enchantée ! A noter également que les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles avant et pendant le séjour pour toutes questions; leur livret d’accueil regorge d’ailleurs de conseils avisés sur toutes les activités de l’île. Nul doute que nous retournerons dans cette superbe maison !

C'est la seconde fois que nous venons dans cette maison. Au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. Grande piscine. Grande pièce à vivre, cuisine équipée. Literie confortable, belles salles de bain. Un abri extérieur (avec tables, chaises et canapé) a été construit depuis l'année dernière et permet d'être abrité du vent, de la chaleur ou de la pluie tout en étant dehors. Je conseille.
