Great hotel in a great location

Incredible hotel located in the perfect part of town. The rooms are all separate and the pools and thermal pools are easily accessible and not too crowded. The thermal pools are all on site and all different temperatures so it’s easy to find one that’s exactly that you want. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant and bar are great. No noise problems at all. If you have a car, Parking is available right outside your door or in the lot at the entrance if you have multiple. You can see the volcano from every part of the resort. Definitely recommend.

My recent stay at your resort was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views – they were breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing vacation. Beyond the picturesque scenery, the resort's amenities were first-rate and I made full use of them throughout my stay. However, what truly set this experience apart was the extraordinary service I received from your staff. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and create lasting memories. I want to specifically commend Laura, the property manager, who was phenomenal. Her dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. Her attentiveness and professionalism made a significant contribution to the overall positive experience. Beautiful location, view of the volcano, hot springs were great. Location was great. Staff was ok friendly, but not overly. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. But for $400 a night, this place needs updates/repairs in all thier rooms, entrance, lobby, etc.

Pros are they have hot springs in the property with a beautiful view of the Arenal volcano in all rooms. Property is well maintained with beautiful landscape and tropical plants. They have a wet bar, swimming pool and good dining options. Breakfast buffet is good. Cons are the rooms are old and dated and need better lighting and felt a little cramped for space. Suggest looking for a villa if you are traveling with a large family

Our experience was amazing!! The resort was beautiful and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Our family of 4 stayed in one room and were very comfortable. The tv stations were in Spanish only so that was the only negative I could say about it. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic hot springs

The grounds are beautiful and view of the volcano once the clouds cleared was amazing. Great breakfast. Shuttle service in the rain was great. Seemed understaffed however and a few things needed repair.

We liked the overall grounds and hot springs. The staff was very good. However, it needs updating. The last night for dinner we ate early and it was raining. We were seated right under a roof leak, in a near empty dining room. But the food was great and our desserts to go were presented artistically.

Loved the hot springs on site. Friendly staff and excellent location. My only complaint is the mattresses definitely need to be updated. But, for the price, this was an excellent stay, I would book again.

The grounds and views of the volcano were amazing. The villa was spacious and comfortable. We did have a leak after heavy rains and reported it but never heard back. A TV viewable from the couch would be nice and lower priced food options in the snack bar would be good. The hot springs were relaxing. Beautiful property.

This was a nice hotel and experience. Absolutely loved the access to the hot springs which were pretty hot. We didn't have good weather so we could not see the volcano rom our room unfortunately. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very helpful and nice. It was a quick drive to the city and close to many restaurants. We did enjoy our stay!

I traveled solo and felt so peaceful and safe! All the staff is a delight - especially Roy who always remembered my name, Fabiana who gives the best massages and Christian the tour guide. Town is 10 minutes away and Baldi Hot Springs are 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the volcano. Property is beautiful l, well maintained. Really liked the different hot spring pools with different temperatures. The wet bar was pretty nice. Liked better the breakfast than the lunch but very good food in general. Room looked old, specially the bathroom. They would need to take care of that. Overall a very nice hotel with friendly staff, good amenities, beautiful infrastructure and a great view of the volcano.

The reception is supposed to be 24 hours but they don’t answer you if you call them on What’s app. The staff also doesn’t take into consideration noise complaints. The room next to us had a squeaky pipe sound that was happening for 2 days. I brought the issue up on What’s app but I got ignored. I had to go in person to the reception to talk about it. They still ignored me and didn’t take care of the issue. I didn’t sleep well for two nights because of this. The reception staff also said something to her coworker about me in Spanish while I was standing in front of her. I felt uncomfortable knowing that they are talking about me rudely.
