The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous and a visit to the beautiful farm animals and birds are a must. Of course the hot spring pools are divine. Even in the rain.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were very comfy and clean. There was so much to see and so much relaxing to do here that you needn't go off site. Watching all the birds at the feeders was my favorite thing to do here. There was so much nature all around. PuraVida!

The property itself was in excellent condition. The plants, various pools, view of Arenal Volcano and the location from town we're all ideal. The only thing we would suggest is to have more variety for breakfast. Felt a bit simple. Other than that it was a lovely visit.

The room was spotless and spacious with a lovely table on the patio. The shower was magical! The animals roaming the property was the cherry on top of the fabulous pools and farm to table food for breakfast. We will be back!

Hidden tropical paradise! The room and amenities were lovely, and the staff went out of their way to make the experience wonderful. The view of the volcano was excellent too. Ended up seeing a sloth and toucans on site which was a bonus. Much appreciation to the hotel staff.
