It was an awesome stay at Jardines Arenal. This property is family owned and managed which made it great place to stay. The owner is a great person to talk to. We were offer a great breakfast. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel sits in a beautiful garden. The rooms need some serious TLC, it has a lot of potential.

Pobre atención al cliente , mayor parte del tiempo nadie en el frente para atender No recomendado para nada ! La persona supuestamente encargado muy pesado , se le pidió ayuda y aventó la puerta en la cara literalmente! Muy mala experiencia
