Great location, there are even a few sloths known to frequent the trees near the hotel and parking lot. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Rooms were spacious and would recommend getting one with a volcano view for the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location in the very heart of La Fortuna, but tucked away from the main drags. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very easy to book tours and passes through reception, even at the last minute & their prices were cheaper than on the tour websites!

Everything was amazing. From the lovely staff, to the cleanliness to the delicious breakfast; I would 100% recommend. They also give you the option to book different tours in La Fortuna through the hotel when you get there. I highly recommend the water rafting (action/adults)! Overall, a great experience and I would come again.

Location was perfect, secluded in La Fortuna. The gardens were beautiful. We were in a room at the end of the property so it lost a bit of the garden view. Nice they had a pool, though it was showing a bit of age. Loved the wildlife right at the hotel. Room was super clean and nice.

The breakfast window is very short and early (6:30-8:30) but they offered 3 options which were all good. The property was absolutely beautiful with a view of the Arenal Volcano.
