No one was there at 4pm for check in. Waited for about an hour. Had to walk down the highway with luggage to find other accommodation. Expedia has not been responsive yet and still no refund. Brutal service on both the part of the hotel and Expedia. Expedia has no number to call. The hotel would not even answer the phone. Horrible day. Looked like a dump as well.

This is a very low budget resort. We were without hot water for the entirety of our stay. The breakfast offered was nothing to talk about. The thermal springs and pools was the nicest part as it allowed us to be outside our room that was so poor to even stay in. The nicest thing was the springs cat that stayed outside and greeted us.

Lovely hot springs pools - 4 to choose from and very quiet. We stayed in a spacious family room and we were able to check-in early and check-out late. Nice breakfast and reliable wi-if. Needed a taxi / uber to get to la fortuna.

Nice hot pools and one cold pool for swimming. The shower did not always have hot water and the light over the toilet did not work. Housekeeping service was great and the room was kept clean. Reception checking in and out was slow. Breakfast was a little too salty. Good location close to town.

We stayed for 5 nights. I like the early check in to be able to use the amenities fro the whole day. It is an older resort, however it was really clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. The multiple pools were great, nice to be able to move around to different ones with different temperatures. I liked the location of the resort, easy access to all the activities.
