Beautiful, very historical country house "Les Glycines", 3 storeys. In the hamlet La Haute Court with 8 houses 6 km from the centre of La Garde Freinet, in a secluded, quiet position. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2, well-kept terraced garden, 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, secured (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 7 km, bar 6 km, bakery 7 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Port Grimaud" 22 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Saint Tropez 25 km, Sainte Maxime 26 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Gorges du Verdon 75 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
