Gîte housed in a renovated traditional house, adjoining another gîte, located in a hamlet, near the owner's home. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 shower rooms with WC, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed) (2 single beds). Wi-Fi. Outbuilding (tumble dryer). 500 m² private enclosed landscaped garden, gravel terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, sun loungers). For 2025: heating included.
For 2026: Electric heating package if used during the mid-season: €50/week and heating included for the following seasons: Autumn, Christmas holidays, and low season.

Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €60/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €12/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
