Wifi. Outside (accessible by 3 steps), you can enjoy a garden of approximately 180m² with terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs). Baby equipment on request. Enclosed area including a heated swimming pool (5x11m), shared by the owner and the two gîtes, with a solar shower and toilet available, a 5-seater spa, a 60m² covered courtyard with a ping-pong table, outdoor games, and a boules court (pool/spa and outdoor areas accessible from May 1st to September 30th). Bicycles are available for tenants. The pool and spa are accessible from 10am to 7pm (pool towels included in the price). Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included.
