Apartment located on the 1st floor (access by elevator): living room-kitchen (only a combined microwave oven) lounge area (a sofa bed for 2 people, connected speaker with iPhone adapter, TNT SAT TV) opening onto a balcony, 1 bedroom ( 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), a cabin area closed by a curtain (2 single bunk beds 90 x 190 cm) without opening to the outside, bathroom (shower and WC), second separate WC. Combined washer-dryer. 1 outdoor parking space (private parking at the condominium). Private garage and ski room. Telephone and internet network limited according to the operators. In this residence located on the edge of the hamlet, surrounded by meadows and forests, summer and winter, you will enjoy the beautiful sheltered terrace of 7 m² for a meal or a moment of relaxation. This apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility. In winter, a free shuttle is available to facilitate your travel to the center of La Giettaz. Put on your skis or hiking boots and set off to discover the Portes du Mont Blanc, summer and winter alike! A stone's throw from the ski slopes and the Ski School, at the start of many trails, the Le Jorace apartment is an ideal base for discovering this charming valley of the Val d'Arly.
