3 gîtes in the owner's house. On the 1st floor of the chalet, independent access via a 13-step staircase. Living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm with sink / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC. South balcony. Sheets, household and bathroom linen included. Beds made on arrival. Private parking. Free shuttle only in winter. Total floor space 59 m² including attic areas. In July and August, rental from Sunday to Sunday. Firewood not included. Chalet-style house located in the heart of a charming Savoyard village on the road to the Col des Aravis. Pleasant slightly attic gite with unobstructed view of the mountain and the village. Well equipped, comfortable. Services and shops on site. Many hikes on site. In the heart of the village and 4km from the slopes of the vast Domaine des Portes du Mont-Blanc (link to Megève via La Giettaz) on the road to the famous Col des Aravis. Ideally located for cycling or hiking in the summer on several mountain ranges (Val d'Arly, Aravis, Mont-Blanc, Beaufortain). Heritage of the Val d'Arly classified Country of Art and History. Close to the famous resorts of La Clusaz, Megève and Chamonix.
