The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in La Giettaz, this charming apartment of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room (19 m2) opening onto a balcony, composed of a dining area and a sofa bed.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190).
- A corner cabin with 2 single bunk beds.
- A shower room.
- A separate toilet.

Outside :
- A large balcony to enjoy the beautiful days.

Neighborhood :
The apartment is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, ski rental...
Direct access to the hiking trails.
Access to the free bus for the ski slopes by going down the meadows at the back of the building (possibility to go down the slopes on skis).
The slopes are at the place called "le plan" at 2 kms. It is served by free shuttles in season.
Sale of farmhouse cheese nearby (2 turns up).

Activities :
Several activities are available in the surroundings: Snow sports (cross-country/rando/alpine skiing), snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, visit of the Arravis pass at 10 minutes by car. A welcome booklet is available in the accommodation on all the activities available in the area.

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the garage of the apartment.
- SKI BUS for your stay in winter.
- NATURE NAVETTES for your stay in Summer.
- Nearest train station : Albertville (35 mins by car), direct trains from Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg and Lille.
- Nearest airport: Geneva (1h25 by car), Lyon Saint-Exupéry (1h45 by car).

- Pets accepted (one pet only) at extra cost, please specify when booking. (15€/stay).
- A private ski room is at your disposal.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner (Bed linen 140 : 16 euros ; Bed linen 90 : 11 euros ; Large towel : 3 euros ; Small towel : 2,50 euros)
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
