Living room with kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm bunk with sink / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC. Balcony. Private parking. Sheets, household and bathroom linen included. Beds made on arrival. Free shuttle only in winter. Can be grouped with cottage n°73G123195 via an internal staircase. In July and August, rental from Sunday to Sunday. Chalet-style house located in the heart of a charming savoyard village on the road to the col des Aravis. Self catering well equipped and comfortable. On-site shops and services. Many hikes. In the heart of the village and 4km from the slopes of the vast Domaine des Portes du Mont-Blanc (link to Megève via La Giettaz) on the road to the famous Col des Aravis. Ideally located for cycling or hiking in the summer on several mountain ranges (Val d'Arly, Aravis, Mont-Blanc, Beaufortain). Heritage of the Val d'Arly classified Country of Art and History. Close to the famous resorts of La Clusaz, Megève and Chamonix.
