LA GRANDE MOTTE - Motte du Couchant area, you'll be captivated by the magnificent sea view from this beautiful loggia/terrace. Located on the 7th floor, the view is breathtaking. The large loggia faces south and the bedroom north, so there's no need for air conditioning in this apartment! The bathroom is spacious and includes a washing machine. The kitchen opens onto the living room and has a dishwasher. Washing machine, dishwasher, a lovely, large outdoor space, and room for 5 people (1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, and 1 single bed) – what more could you ask for to have a pleasant holiday... or rather, an excellent holiday... with your feet in the sand and your toes in the sea! Parking is also available within the residence; please inquire with the agency. We look forward to welcoming you for a wonderful stay! Optional extras: bed linen, towels, cleaning
