Soleil, mer et .. canicule !

Vu la chaleur, on n’était bien que dans l’eau … à 25 et à l’ombre du store sur la terrasse avec vue sur la Grande Bleue…

Très bon emplacement

L'accueil a été parfait et Mme Gauthier s'est montrée extrêmement conciliante sur le procédure d'arrivée et de départ. L'emplacement est en première ligne, il est doté d'une grande terrasse orientée à l'est et d'un emplacement de parking privatif, ce qui est un luxe à la Grande Motte. La cuisine est très bien équipée et comprend tout ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir se faire à manger. Cette location est donc de grande qualité. Le seul bémol tient au chauffe-eau (qui fournit de l'eau brûlante dont il est difficile de régler la température et qu'il faut remettre en route périodiquement) et au conduit de VMC qui dessert tout l'immeuble et traverse l'appartement : il est extrêmement bruyant (prévoir des boules quies si l'on veut dormir)

Excellent séjour.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce petit appartement, en face de la mer. La terrasse est un vrai plus, pour profiter au calme de son séjour. Merci encore pour l’accueil de nos hôtes, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Fantastische Lage

Fantastische Lage, freundliche Vermieterin, die leider nur ganz wenig Englisch spricht. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, sehr einfach, etwas Renovierung und Liebe zum Detail würde das Objekt dtl. aufwerten.

Très bonne adresse

Studio agréable, très bien organisé : La cuisine est particulièrement fonctionnelle et la salle de bain aussi. Un bémol pour la literie insuffisante pour 4 adultes. La surface ne totalise pas , à mon avis, les 30 mètres carrés mais est largement compensée par une très grande et très agréable terrasse dont nous avons largement profité par beau temps. Front de mer: un grand luxe. Globalement, nous sommes très satisfaits.
