Beautiful Detached Villa with Pool in La Grande Motte, the greenest seaside resort in Europe.
Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, maximum capacity of 6 people.
Garden offering a stunning panoramic view of the International Golf Course of La Grande-Motte. The property is not fenced on the golf course side.
The 7x3 meter pool, with a depth of 1.50 meters, is private and has a large relaxation area. It is secured with an electric cover. There is a small submerged beach area for children.
Two bedrooms have a terrace, one of them with a beautiful view of the golf course.
In the living room, we have a grand piano available for amateurs to use.
The villa is located in a cul-de-sac, in the very quiet villa neighborhood. The immediate surroundings are perfect for relaxation after a day outdoors. Easy and free parking in front of the house. Access to the beach is 5 minutes by car, or 15 minutes by bike.
Important Notice:
This is our main residence, and we do not rent for parties or events. The house can accommodate no more than 6 people, and we rent for a minimum of 7 days.
We are looking for respectful tenants who care for the property and the environment. Extra care should be taken with our home, and we wish to avoid any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards the neighbors.
