Very beautiful town house of 120 m² recently built, spacious, comfortable, quiet, located 5 minutes from Montereau-Fault-Yonne, 18 minutes from the Varenne-sur-Seine leisure center, and 27 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau.

Equipped with fiber, close to all amenities, many home delivery services are also available.

The city is served by public transport and is approximately 1 hour from Paris Gare de Lyon.

Heel rustig verblijf in een ruim, nieuw huis .

We hebben genoten van de rustige buurt . Het huis is comfortabel met een ruime woonkamer met keuken en drie ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden.Het contact met de huiseigenaar was perfect en elke vraag werd zo goed als onmiddellijk beantwoord . Verwacht er geen uitgaansbuurt maar de stad Monteraux ligt op ongeveer 3 km . Een aanrader voor iemand die rust zoekt na een flinke dag toeristische uitstappen . Veel mogelijkheden daartoe in de omgeving . Fontainebleau’s , Vaux-le-Viconte en andere…
