Between sea and nature, discover this beautiful family home located in La Guérinière, just 700 metres from the Éloux beach. Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it offers all the comfort necessary for a relaxing holiday with family or friends on the island of Noirmoutier. Outside the house, the verdant garden and its ping-pong table will allow you to combine relaxation and fun throughout your stay.
This 120 m² house consists of a pleasant and friendly open-plan living area. You will first enter through the fully equipped American kitchen with gas appliances: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the essential utensils to prepare delicious meals.
The living room, warm with its comfortable sofas and armchairs and its television, invites you to relax after a day spent at the beach or exploring the surroundings. This living area has a double access to two terraces: one equipped with a small table and four chairs, and the other overlooking a lovely wooded and fenced garden, ideal for your outdoor meals or moments of rest on the sunbeds. A barbecue is also available for you to share good summer grills.
At night, the house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The first bedroom, located at the front, has a Queen Size bed (160x200) as well as a private bathroom. Separate toilets complete this area.
At the other end of the living room, two other bedrooms share a bathroom with WC and hairdryer: one equipped with a double bed (140x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190) ideal for children. Ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.
For greater convenience, the house also has an iron and an ironing board, a parking space is available just in front of the house.
