Come and discover this tastefully furnished house located in La Guérinière. The Sables d'Or beach is only 600 metres away and is accessible on foot. You will appreciate its terrace, ideal for enjoying convivial moments together.



Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this house can accommodate up to 5 travellers.



Upon your arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, for your relaxation moments in front of a film. The American kitchen is equipped (induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press) and it provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You can share them indoors, or you can also enjoy the table set up in the garden.



On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed and a single bed

Bedroom 2: equipped with two single beds that can be pushed together.

L'annonce disait :"Maison agréable"...je n'aurai pas ce qualificatif Le confort n'est pas au RDV. Canapé échangé le jour de notre arrivée, comment devait être le précédent !!! inconfortable, troué pas très propre avec un grand plaid,pas plus propre pour envelopper le tout....un packaging Les lits tâches jaunes douteuses, nombreuses...oreillers douteux !!! Les matelas datent du siècle dernier, comme la vaisselle d'ailleurs Les toilettes sentant l'urine avec un abattant ayant bien vécu.... Ça sent pas bon dans cette maison .... vraiment pas !!! Pas de machine à laver, pas de wifi, pas un transat pour se reposer un peu...un peu de modernisme et de confort serait bienvenu On peut avoir une location un peu "vieillotte"mais propre, cela me paraît un minimum Je fais très rarement de longue écriture, mais là franchement, c'est juste abuser des voyageurs Une dernière chose, la route principale desservant l'île passe juste a coté de la maison... c'est un peu bruyant... Pas terrible pour le repos
