I called a week prior and asked for early check in and was told I would need to call the morning of. The morning of, I was told by the first person (around 5am) that I could not check in before noon. We agreed that noon was perfect time and he said it would be okay, but I would need to confirm the arrangement with the next shift around 2 hours later.
