15 km from Nantes and Clisson, in a quiet setting surrounded by vineyards, Sylvie and Frédéric, winemakers, welcome you to this former barn on the Château de la Bretonnerie wine estate. This former barn has been completely renovated by an architect and is divided into two independent gîtes, each connected by a soundproof double door. Secure private parking is available on the property.
South-facing wooden terrace overlooking a 330 m² enclosed garden shared by both gîtes. A shared laundry room is located in an outbuilding with a washing machine and dryer.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (queen-size bed + 90 x 200 cm bed) and 1 shower room/toilet.
