Come stay in the prestigious La Jolla Neighborhood Bird Rock, in this bright and spacious European Contemporary 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. Just a few blocks away in Bird Rock, shop local at the boutique shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Just another mile down the road is the Village of La Jolla or head the other direction to Pacific Beach. There is so much to do within a very short distance. If you chose to hang at the house the kids will enjoy the back yard space with a playground or all the other toys and books this house has to offer. There is even a private hot tub to enjoy. This house has 2 master bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms and each with a king bed. The kids room has 1 bunk bed, with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top, Finally the guest bedroom has a double size bed and a desk for anyone needing to get some work/school done.

This terrific property offers a soothing escape for guests. Enjoy the wonderful amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, high end appliances, washer and dryer, BBQ and so much more. There are 3 full bathrooms allowing almost everyone to have their own. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer are provided so you can leave yours at home. Plus, there's an additional living room with a comfy futon. We think our place will help you experience everything San Diego has to offer.

We stayed here for a football weekend in San Diego, and the home was a wonderful fit for our three families The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and host was very responsive. The house was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable layout that made it easy for everyone to relax after long days at the games.The kitchen was well-stocked and made it simple to prepare meals. We appreciated having plenty of room for both the adults and kids to spread out. The primary suite was very comfortable, and the overall flow of the home worked really well for us.A couple of small suggestions:More towels and kitchen pot holders would be helpful for large crowds, and having a TV in the second master would make the space perfect for groups with multiple families.Again the hosts were great and easy to work with. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Thank you for hosting us!

The location was absolutely fantastic, with an easy walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, and a variety of restaurants all within a 20-25 minute walk. It was also just about a 15-minute walk to the beach, which was a delightful bonus.The house itself was exactly as described, and I felt right at home. One small note, the driveway is a bit steep and it's easier to back into it when parking. However, this wasn't much of an issue because there was usually street parking available right in front of the house.
