Looked good from the outside but tired and old in the inside - the home has a lot of space and bedrooms as advertised and plenty of amenities, but interior is rather uncomfortable.

Consistent communication when we had questions. Alessandro met us at the property at check-in to go over the house. House was fantastic. Rooms were great and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The views were absolutely incredible. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the weather. And indoor seating for our group. Highly recommend.

There were ants in all downstairs bathrooms and even in one of the beds forcing one of the guests to sleep on a couch. Ants were getting in to the shoes if left on the floor. Manager ordered exterminator visit, but indicated it was "ant season" and to be expected. The dishwasher was also inoperable the entire visit. Manager offered 10% discount on stay, but this house shouldn't be listed if it can't be free from ants during "ant season".

Check in was excellent. The manager, Alessandro, met us at the home and showed us how everything worked. took only 15 minutes. After that we enjoyed the home for 4 days. The pool and jacuzzi were so much fun. Lots of pool toys for the kiddos. The views of the beaches of La Jolla and PB were awesome. Even got to see the fireworks from Sea World. Could not have been any better.

Staycation in San Diego

What I like best about the property was the feeling of privacy and at the same time how accessible we were in relationship to the beaches, restaurants… Grocery stores, etc., the fact that the house sits at the top of the hill on La Jolla Mesa Drive makes it just removed enough from the beach crowds, even though you're only about five minutes away from Pacific beach. The property manager Alessandro was terrific. He was attentive and very helpful. 5 stars for him & his team

Property was perfect for our golf group. Clean and comfortable and close to restaurants and activities in La Jolla. We watched the Super Bowl on a fabulous large TV in a spacious and comfortable living room. I would stay there again

Property was clean, comfortable, and for the most part, well-stocked. There was plenty of parking space for our 3 vehicles (which has not always been the case with other past rentals!) Host was very pro-active in communication and responded right away when we encountered an issue with a glitchy shower. Would definitely love to work with this host again!

Great option for a large family or group, close, convenient

We enjoyed a week at this home over Thanksgiving. It was great having so many restaurants and activities within 20 minutes, keeping us busy each day. The pool and hot tub are the best part, and the outdoor spaces in general. Interior is a little dated and water pressure wasn't great, but these were the only minor imperfections. Would stay again.

The property was as advertised. The views were breathtaking. Above all the service quality couldn’t have been better . We had a little issue that could have been bigger but Alessandro was proactive and solved the issue very quickly. The follow up while we were at the property was extremely note worthy . Very beautiful place

Alessandro was very helpful and it was a very nice place. The only constructive criticism I have is that when you pay extra for the heating for the pool and spa. You should be able to heat to the desired temp. Also, there was a party of 13 of us there and we had to keep asking for more paper towels and trash bags it would have been nice to just have that stocked. other than it was a perfect place.

Wonderful property and perfect for a large group reunion. All the necessary amenities and easy to find what you need. Really appreciated lots of poop towels and plenty of shampoo/conditioner etc bottles in each bathroom. Property manager was very welcoming and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Easy to use the gate and doors to home. All around great stay and will definitely be rebooking for our next group get together!

erfect Beach Getaway with Great Amenities!

This rental was absolutely outstanding! The ocean view was breathtaking, and we spent countless hours enjoying the firepit, swimming pool, and hot tub. Our kids had an absolute blast in the pool, which even had a basketball hoop and a bunch of inflatables! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. They went above and beyond by giving us an extra day of heated pool access, which was a real treat. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. They even sent pictures of the place before our check-in to ensure everything was spotless, which put our minds at ease. Plus, they responded to all our questions within seconds, which was incredibly helpful. There were just a couple of minor things to note. One of the bathroom sinks was sealed shut, but the host offered to fix it during our stay. We opted out since we weren't using that particular bedroom. Also, the provided bathroom amenities were a bit on the small size, and the kitchen was missing a few basic items like cooking oil and sugar. Overall, these minor details did not detract from our amazing stay. This rental had everything we needed for a perfect getaway, and the hosts' attentiveness made it even better. Highly recommend!
