The space
Recently completed high-end remodel with all top of the line furnishings and design featuring, gleaming wood floors, quartz counters, SubZero refrigerator, Wolf convection oven, Thermador double oven, wine fridge, Bosch dishwasher and LG side by side washer/dryer.

This is the perfect setting for beach days, shopping and dining in the Village, sunset walks and laid back evenings spent along the Shores.

The Primary Bedroom, with large Cal-King bed and en-suite bath with 2 large vanities, large luxurious bathtub, huge shower and glass enclosed water closet. French doors lead out to a private patio with luscious landscaping and cozy seating.

2nd Bedroom with en-suite bath also has a Cal-King bed and views out toward the ocean.

3rd Bedroom has daybed with single bed option.

Parking in the driveway off the alley for 2 cars; additional public street parking.

The entire house is exclusively yours. Guest house in the back is completely separated and there are no shared spaces. Guesthouse may be occupied by Owner.
