Enjoyed the extra space in the room. The most frequently touched areas are what hotels need to focus to wipe down in the rooms, aside from that the property and room is acceptably clean. The check-in process was mediocre, the front desk agent stayed seated, did not smile, did not inform where to locate the elevators, overall not impressed.

Honest staff meant a lot!

Amazing staff. My 93 year old mother-in-law left her purse in the dining area on day one of the trip. We called once noticed later in the day. We were able to pickup her purse three days later with everything intact. Thank you front desk and manager!

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. It was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was average but did the trick. The only complaint I have for the room that we were in was that the AC unit was a bit loud so, if you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue. Luckily, my wife and I are sound sleepers and was able to get a good night's sleep.

Everything was fine as far as the room and the property. Enough room for 2 humans and 2 dogs. Easy access to bring them in and out. There could me more parking available, especially when large towing trucks park for the night.

Good enough-great breakfast! A/c older so had to reset it ourselves (after calling front desk for advice) - grateful that worked but it was a bit of a chore. Liked that they had a hot tub but it wasn’t hot nor did the bubbles work :-(
