Location to Gibraltar, Very good brrakfast one of the best in a hotel for a long time. Room comfort beds.

The wifi did not work! Breakfast was great. Perfect location for day visits to Gibraltar but you have to walk for 30min. The pool seems bigger on photos and there are not enough deck-chairs

The rooms were a good size, especially the junior suite which we stayed in. However, the sofa had cigarette burn holes in it, as well as other stains. The balcony roof was broken, so there were pigeons living in it, and bird poo all over the floor, which we had to request to be cleaned off, as even though there were cleaning staff everyday, they just left it there. The cafe and restaurant were nice and clean but you weren’t allowed to sit where the nice views of the marina was, unless you got down really early, as the staff blocked if off about half way through the meal times because they had already cleaned it. The food in the cafe by the pool was much nicer then in the restaurant. The pool area and deck were nice and clean but because of the buildings position there wasn’t any sun on the pool until at least 1pm and the water was freezing. They played music by the pool which was a bit loud when trying to talk to your friends and family but the staff who run the children’s activity table were really friendly! The music by the pool was played really loudly of an evening and until around 3am, so this wasn’t ideal when our children were trying to sleep. It wasn’t too bad for us as our room was the other side of the hotel but we had friends who’s room was on the third floor over looking the pool and they found it really difficult to get to sleep. The common areas just needed a a good clean as there were stains over the carpets, but most of the staff were really helpful.

Positiv Lage, das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an der Grenze zu Gibraltar, bietet gute Parkmöglichkeit, die Hotelzimmer sind ok (wenn auch nicht mehr ganz taufrisch). Das Frühstück ist ansprechend. Der Preis für die Zimmer ist günstig - unser Aufenthalt war entsprechend ganz ok. Negativ Die Dame am Empfang (die für vieles Zuständig ist) könnte etwas freundlicher sein.
