Within a secure domain, this very spacious villa enjoys a dominant position offering a clear panoramic view of the vineyards, the bay of Hyères, the Golden Islands, and the surrounding hills. Peace and comfort just minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of l'Argentière, l'Estagnol, Brégançon, and Pellegrin, as well as the pier for the island of Porquerolles. 5 minutes from the Club House of the international Golf of Valcros.

Villa of approximately 210 sqm on two levels. It consists of a very large living room and dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace facing the sea, a spacious modern and fully equipped kitchen. A first bedroom opening onto a terrace, consisting of a double bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, double sink, separate toilet.
