Located in a private and secure domain ensuring tranquility, it is a haven of peace close to the superb sandy beaches of l'Argentière, l'Estagnol, Brégançon, and Pellegrin, as well as the pier for the Isle of Porquerolles. 5 minutes from the Club House of the International Valcros Golf Course.

Villa with pool and sea view, 4 bedrooms, 150 sqm on a fenced plot of approximately 1000sqm, accommodating 8 people with a private pool (9x4m) secured by an alarm.
The villa on 2 levels includes on the upper floor a large living and dining area, an equipped American kitchen, a bedroom with a Queensize bed (160*200), a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90*200), 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (one with a Queensize bed 160*200 and the other with 2 twin beds 90*200), each with a shower room and toilet.
