It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. To access the second floor, one climbs the steps of an ancient spiral staircase that also leads to a livable terrace. The strengths are: complete soundproofing during sleeping hours; proximity to all the attractions of the historic centre; the entrance is only one located at number 9; to access it, one must climb a very small flight of stairs. .
