Composed of a comfortable living room with kitchenette. The bedroom has a direct exit to the veranda. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two people. The covered veranda is habitable, ideal for dinners or breakfast overlooking the sea. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and Smart TV. Beach use of the residence is available (1 sunbed + 1 umbrella) subject to availability, 100 meters from the house. A few steps from the flat we have a bar and marina as well as the famous restaurant "La Scogliera" which welcomes its guests from land and sea.
