Villa Belò is a villa on the sea. It is located on the bay of Passo della Moneta, in the homonymous town. In front of the Island of Caprera, island of the Hero of Two Worlds Giuseppe Garibaldi.
a beautiful project that, during its recent renovation (2024), has kept its guidelines aimed at recalling the 70s of the twentieth century. Simple, colorful, fresh, reminiscent of the typical holidays of those years.
Equipped with all the necessary amenities for a minimalist vacation with the beach at home. The villa is equipped with a forced ventilation system capable of cooling the house naturally. It also has the latest generation ceiling fans. It has a double kitchen, one of which is on the outdoor patio. Two bathrooms with two showers. It can accommodate 8 people in its 4 bedrooms (3 French double beds and 2 bunk beds). A large parking lot under the pergola and a pine forest at the back for an afternoon rest will make you appreciate the sea breeze. The villa is facing east on the beach side and west on the back. The Mediterranean scrub is really well cared for and gives unforgettable scents. Ultimately, a villa for families, teenagers, couples and children.
The smart TV works only with a WIFI connection, it does not have an antenna (neither satellite nor traditional).
