My god, for a Manoir, it is not worth it ! Old, need a lot of work. Carpet smell awfull and dirty. When we arrived at the lobby, all we could smell was french fries. Yark The man who received us at the lobby explained us all the amenities we were allowed. But, to us and other customers who arrived at the same time, the restaurant for dinner, lots of pressure to reserve there. Everytime, we cross him at the lobby, he says again that we have to reserve with him a table to make sure we had a table. He said it at least 5 times. By the way, the restaurant for that night was half empty. Very annoying. The lady that workes for the breakfast, was perfect. Smiling, made sure that everything was ok. She is the best worker there. Overall, I won't recommend this place. To expensive for an old place.

Very bad experience

The AC doesn't works well during the first night, another rooms complaint about the same situation. It ran from 15:00 to 22:30 without any major improvement. The frontdesk movr us for 1 night to another room for the nigjt but mist go back the fay after. They want to fix it for the second night but i refuse and ask for refund... They doesn't agree! I just want to go out from this hotel since i do not trust them at all... If the repaot is bad i will be stick for the night... And this is a situation i do not want to play with. The guy at the front desk insult me and my wife saying we didn't know about this kind of old hotel (1901) and just want to use the situation to justify oir request for refund... I DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS OLD STYLE HOTEL I JIST NEED A FUNCTIONAL AC! I hate people not respecting us... STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT GOOD TIME. Finally we quit without refund... And we were happy!

L'auberge est en cours de rénovation (encore beaucoup de travaux à faire). Petit déjeuner minime ( seulement pain grillé et quelques fruits et céréales). Chambre propre mais finissions à revoir. Chambre de bain prope mais manque de serviettes et aucun shampoing et savon.

Un mini filet d’eau lors de la prise de douche ! Et arrêt total de l’eau pendant 5 minutes à 18h !! Inacceptable!! Cheveux dans le bain à l’arrivée dans nos deux chambres ! On en parle au « front desk » et c’est comme parler à un mur, … La non propreté de l’eau , surtout le spa « nature » Musique exterieure trop forte par les propriétaires en milieu d’un dimanche après midi ! À 300$ la nuit, nous ne sommes pas là pour leur party personnel… encore une fois même si nous avons dit quelque chose c’était comme parler à un mur ! Et par la suite des regards de la famille des propriétaires! Coupe d’arbres à la chainsaw et odeur de gaz un dimanche … lunch et relaxer dehors autour de piscine impossible, chainsaw !! L’ensemble de la propriété a beaucoup perdu depuis 1 an, très décevant, nous avons fait part par deux fois de ces problèmes en 3 jours et c’est comme parler à un mur ! Alors nous qui aimions aller à cet endroit ! C’est terminé ! Sans excuse de leur part ! Première fois que je fais un mauvais review d’un endroit mais il y a des limites !

The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Having the breakfast included was very practical. The location of the hotel in akrs it easy to get around and there is ample parking. The hotel is very clean with its rustique look. The front entrance outside is in the process of being updated. Our room was very large and clean. The only thing missing was space to hang our clothes. There is one dresser to place your clothes.Overall we enjoyed our stay even though it is not a modern hotel.
