Nasty, nasty, nasty!!!

Nastiest motel I have ever witnessed in my life!! We never even got out of the car. It was obvious by the piles of junk piled up by some doors, the torn blinds and the all around filth that this place should not be in business!

I arrived and was told my reservation was cancelled. Never notified. Plus $84.83 was charged to my credit card yesterday, August 9th. Why! This is the second hotel cancellation on this trip. I had to find another hotel upon arriving at my destination. Not happy!

Worst customer service ever encountered. Was told to leave unless we paid them again, but this time in cash. Thought it was an employee trying to pocket money, but the owner came out and told us to pay again in cash or get off the property. Mind blowing they can even be in business.
