Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Experience a newly renovated fully furnished studio with a kitchen, bathroom, private entrance, private driveway, and large shared backyard! Step into the backyard and find your outdoor oasis complete with a hammock and outdoor patio furniture. You will find a lush tree canopy filled with palms, fruit trees, hardwoods, and pines!
The space:
The studio apt features a large sun window with lots of natural lighting plus blackout curtains to turn the day into night. The front door has keyless entry. The kitchen has a countertop oven that cooks a whole chicken, a stovetop, an electric kettle, and a microwave. All cookware and utensils are supplied. Ample storage is available both in the living room in a wardrobe with shelving and an additional closet and a shoe rack located next to the wash/dryer combo unit. A lofted Tempurpedic queen bed is tucked away in the back corner of the unit complete with additional storage and lighting to meet your needs. Large Smart TV has an expandable arm so that you can comfortably watch TV both from your bed as well as the couch. Living room area has a large comfy couch and seating area. High speed Wifi and central AC/heat.

Step into the backyard and find your outdoor oasis complete with a hammock, firepit, private outdoor grill, outdoor patio furniture, and gazebo in the back. You will find a lush tree canopy filled with palms, fruit trees, hardwoods, and pines! Quiet neighborhood is tucked away at the base of Mt Helix near major highways but far enough a way to not hear the noise.
