Poolhouse, terrace, garden furniture. 60 m footpath to the house. Shop 3 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 12 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 24 km. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon, Calanques de Cassis, La cascade de Sillans, Grottes de Villecroze. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 30 km, Sainte Croix 61 km. Séjour au calme

Petite maison bien équipée très au calme. Petit bémol sur la clim du voisin qui tourne en continu et fait un bruit de fond sur la terrasse et la caution demandée en liquide (????) alors que ce n’est pas précisé sur l’annonce ni une exigence légalement possible….
