Comfortable cottage in an old Savoy fortified house, completely renovated by the owners. Large living rooms offering plenty of space for 3 people. Garden shared with the owners. Private terrace benefiting from a beautiful and shaded exposure. Quality immediate environment in a very quiet area. An old Savoyard fortified house located on the heights of Chambéry, 8 km away. In summer, it's close to Lake Bourget, 10 km away, and Lake Aigueblette, 15 km away. Hiking and mountain biking trails are nearby. Chambéry Greenway V63 is 7 km away.
