The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in Corralejo. Located on the top floor of a two-story house, you can enjoy a wonderful view from the private terrace over the large pool area. The southwest orientation ensures plenty of sunshine and beautiful sunsets.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated. Look forward to a modern, clean holiday apartment.
The living room features a sofa bed, a seating area for four people, internet (Wi-Fi with 20 Mbps), and a smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and hot water from a 30-liter boiler. In the kitchen, a two-burner glass-ceiling stove invites you to prepare meals. A large refrigerator with a freezer compartment is ideal for storing your groceries. From a toaster to a sandwich maker, a coffee machine, and a blender, you'll find everything you need for a pleasant holiday.
The bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) with high-quality mattresses. Here, you can darken the windows with blackout blinds as needed.
All windows in the apartment have mosquito nets. The apartment can be cooled or heated to a comfortable temperature with air conditioning.
Shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. The old town with its numerous shops and restaurants is about 20 minutes away. You can park your rental car free of charge on the grounds of the complex.
