Casa las colinas – Beautiful Island Villa

Experience the true "island style" in this detached villa surrounded by flowers and palm trees. Breathe in the subtropical air of the Canarian garden and unwind in a peaceful, elegant setting. The Space

This 180 m² villa is set on a 600 m² plot with gardens and terraces. To the west, it borders a lush, green ravine. Enjoy stunning views of Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. Listen to birds, falcons, and parrots. The house, built in the 1960s and recently renovated, keeps its original charm as a winter escape for northern Europeans.



The garage below is now a laundry room. Above it is a covered barbecue area. The villa features a large bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds that can be joined, and a third with a sofa bed for two. The last two rooms are connected without a door; to leave the sofa bed room, you pass through the twin room.



Large windows fill the villa with light and offer garden views. The Orotava Valley is Tenerife’s oldest tourist destination, popular in winter for its mild climate. While temperatures can drop and it may rain, this is what creates the lush vegetation, scents, colors, and wildlife you won’t find in the warmer south. If you only want heat and don’t mind the setting, the south of the island may suit you better.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
