Beds were small. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Ice maker didn’t work on our floor but luckily there’s one on every floor. Breakfast was meh…no hot food so don’t expect much. It’s close to plenty of food spots within walking distance. Panda Inn was amazing. Staff were good. They keep doors locked for safety and security. Seems older and a little run down. You can hear every door open and close throughout hotel. Family friendly.

Don’t pre register when the property/hotel send you an email or text! They’ll charge your credit card AGAIN even if this is already paid in Expedia. It’s a good thing I get notifications from my credit card. Got charged for $224 on the first night and a $25 for the pet fee on our last day, even if I paid $50 already on the day of check in. I have a white dog and wears a socks/shoes going out, so I was surprised that his paws got so dirty (black!) just walking inside the room, so the carpet is VERY dirty! There were times that the shower water gets muddy! No hot breakfast except for the waffles. Elevator takes a while. Receptionist computers takes forever too!!!

The property has a security guard driving around the property make sure its safe. The rooms are outdated and need to be remodeled. The door to the restroom has no lock on it because its really simple closet doors. Also theres a slight gap between both doors and yourw able to see inside the bathroom when the doors are closed.

For the amount we paid and for the time we were actually there it is fine. The place is old and needs a major upgrade. Also the beds are full size and 2 people really don’t fit. We ended up buying an air mattress to sleep better. Overall the amount we paid was for what we got and we hardly were there so it was fine if you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel and/or you are super picky go somewhere else.
