The rooms are pretty old but still decent. The shower has no water pressure. The breakfast was horrendous. Breakfast ended at 9:00am. We got there at 8:45am and all of the food was gone. If you have breakfast until 9:00am you should have food then. We had to go across the street and buy breakfast. Not happy.

Initially the staff was wonderful but then I asked for housekeeping and the staff said sorry we're too busy. I then asked if they can just go in and put towels in there and the guy said he would order the trash to be taken as well, but it didn't happen they didn't do what they said they would do. Also our key for the door both keys for the door didn't work we had to go down to the desk multiple times to get it fixed.

The property needs to be updated and cleaned. The carpet in the hallway is filthy, room smelled, floors in the room dirty. Just needs a make over, for the area it’s in this hotel can do a lot better.

Rooms were not great for the rate charged. Interiors and bathrooms felt worn down and in need of maintenance. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby, but the overall value just wasn’t there. Breakfast was very basic, and the daily rates felt too expensive for what was offered.

The room smelled musty and reeked of urine. Uses n further examination I noticed mold, water damage and stains throughout the entire room and hallway. Since we arrived so late we from out of town we decided to stay but keep our clothes on and sleep on top of the sheets. The next day I decided to check under the mattress pad on both beds and there were numerous stains which appeared to be bodily fluids. There were also stains of some sort that ran down the sides of the base of the bed which also appeared to be bodily fluid. I took pictures and showed them to the from desk and was told that they would be fine with offering me a full refund.

Front desk employee was unprofessional. He did not cater to any needs or break down the location, amenities, etc. Room was ok but the bathroom was pretty bad and needs improvements. Breakfast was wasteful and filled with carbs, old food, and limited healthy options.
