La Paz has many excellent restaurants with Seaside Bar and Grill being next door which also has entertainment on weekends. It is a 5 Star restaurant.

Just steps away from the beach, Our unit is the end unit located on the ground floor with two patios facing the pool area and overlooking the beach front. The unit is decorated with a splash of Mexican charm to make your feel at home. You will love the sunsets and sunrises. The space LaConcha Unit 106 is conveniently located on on the ground floor of the six story building which is located right on the beach in the amazing bay of LaPazBaja California . This condo unit is NOT affiliated with LaConcha Hotel but is located adjacent to the hotel. We use hotel grade sanitization products & protocols to insure the safety of our stalls & guests.Immediately after the guest departure. La Concha property is clean and great for swimming, snorkeling or kayaking. The beach is stretched out over the bay for you to enjoy the little peace of haven on earth. The masquitto Fleet fishing boats, there are many great water activities in LaPaz from enjoying top- rated dinning, snorkeling, fishing or Whale watching. Having a tour company which can provide this adventures at your fingertips is truly convenient, Cortez Club at the point next to 5 Star Sea Side Restaurant. There is private parking 24 he controll security access. There is also a laundromat for guest on 3rd floor. Our guest from our high speed wi-Fi to the cable TV with English & Spanish. The community is located 10 minutes ( driving downtown) to LaPaz. 20 minutes drive to many beautiful beaches including WorldFamous Bulandra and El Tecolote.The only true beach front property in LaPaz.
