The Space:
This breathtaking third-floor 2BR/2BA condo at Palmira Alttus, inside a gated residential area, is in a fantastic location on top of a small hill overlooking La Paz Bay. That elevation gives you some of the best views of the bay and Sea of Cortez – spectacular ocean and city views day or night! Plus the condo is situated close to the famous sights and attractions in La Paz, grocery, convenient stores, shopping and more! Getting Around:
The condo is about 10 miles | 16 km or about a 25-30 min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2.5 hour drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. First, note, the residential area is guard gated. You’ll need to drive to the visitor’s gate on the right to get checked in by the guard and then continue on to the condo building. All the access information and codes if needed will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message here where you booked your reservation.
