Exceptional Staff all around from front desk, maintenance, cleaners, cooks & waiters. Great rooftop patio. Small unheated pool. Included breakfast was excellent with cooks on staff if you desired something different than offering.

This was the best hotel that we stayed in Mexico! The reception staff were friendly and were fluent in English. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. Good wifi connection. Good location to the malecon, everything is walkable. Great rooftop view. The breakfast buffet is acceptable.

HBlue was great! I was only there for a night but would happily have stayed longer to explore the city. My room was clean and spacious with lots of storage. The restaurant was incredible for a sunset dinner and drinks as well as a traditional breakfast.

The Hotel is very nice. The room was pretty and clean. The breakfast was very good, served in the restaurante on the roof. Beatifull place with a great view. We have some issues in the bathroom: not enough hot water, we finish the shower with cold water. Problem with the swear, the bathrooms was smelly. From the 2 nights one n8ght the TV did not work.

The hotel itself is unique, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and issue free. The area around the hotel is like La Paz kept clean and tidy. Like other areas in Mexico it can be noisy not so much the traffic, but dogs constantly barking, when one starts the rest join in and it's usually late at night/early morning. Otherwise all good for a short stay near the Malecon, shopping and some very good resturants.

Bright & Stylish although lighting dim

Very clean and well-appointed although seemed odd the overhead lights were dim/partly burned out? The bed lamp was burned out but they replaced right away. Great having 24x7 front desk. Would prefer to have screens on windows - swarm of bees almost come into the room

The hotel and staff are great and it was clean, the noise around the property they can’t control was terrible and hard to sleep at night. If this hotel was located in a different location it would be perfect.
